Ms Lee Jiaxin's experience involves litigation and arbitration, with a specific focus on building and construction disputes. She has acted for a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from the professionals in the construction industry, to developers, specialist contractors and main-contractors. She is also familiar with the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. Jiaxin has also advised clients on general civil disputes such as shareholder disputes, and corporate matters such as advising a contractor on the applicable terms for a research agreement to be entered into with a university in the People's Republic of China.
